The whole line is back... but only in the "black" finish... I call it charcoal gray, but whatever. Here is a pdf brochure of the lineup.

Why did they get rid of them in the first place?

I thought the reason for the blowout was they were getting rid of finishes they didn't want, I didn't know they cancelled the small Arrays before. Or is this just the typical corporate reversal?

That'd be my guess. At CES I did ask why they flip flopped on this and shoulder shrugging was the response. The bottom line is these are all very fine speakers. With luck they will sell enough of them to keep the line available for some time to come.

Let's hope they re-engineered the attachment of the horn to the cabinet and developed better shipping boxes.
    Out.

Were the poorly packed Arrays "A" stock? I have had a number of very poorly packed "B" stock items from JBL, but all of the normal factory packed "A" stock items were very well packed. My 1400 Arrays were insanely well packed... they would easily survive a four foot drop test.

While you're at it, I can't get the "new" technical info link method to work - did they change it again? - trying to bring up schematic for 1000 array. Help?

Could this be as close as you're going to get? http://www.jbl.com/EN-US/Products/Pa...=1000+ARRAY+BG

Oddly enough I can find the 1400 and 800, but not 1000:

It appears so, but at least it should mean an extended period of product support.

Not a problem. Get a member to buy them, and send them to Europe. I did this a short while ago, but that was a hat not possible to buy in Norway.. Thanks David.

    Sub1500 ?

Does this mean we may be able to get cone kits for our SUB1500's now ?I know the sub pictured may not be a 1500 but I would say it is. Any pros want to chime in here ?

Sorry but Array sub doesn't use SUB1500 so I don't think you are in luck..

Did they ever "un-introduce" the 1400? I understood they were showing them at CES.
