I think you are looking for the cab plans for a DIY project. This is all I have for this.I can find the 9844-9849 but not the 46.Sorry ! The first pdf does give you dimensions for the outside of the cabs though.

Thanks for the response. Got to be something more detailed out there. Don't want to start cutting lumber with just out-side dimensions.
