What JBL stock crossover for this project?

I am looking for a stock JBL or Altec crossover to work in a two way design with Altec 420As in Madrid cabs with Acoustician Sound Engineer 2030 horns and drivers with little or no modification. Here are the specs for the Acousticians which are also Zomax:

    and the 420As:

I was kinda wondering if an N2400 or something would work. A friend made a pair of crossovers but to be honest, I don't like them at all- they are way too big and not very mountable with no attenuation. They are using older caps too so I am not too sure of their dependability. I am looking for the easiest ALREADY MADE solution if possible.

Well first of all a stock crossover is a real hit or miss option. The second issue is without seeing the mesurements on the horn compression driver combination you don't know if you need any HF compensation like a CD Horn as an example. With the biflex's how do they sound without the Horn?? You may want to go with a more traditional tweeter and crossover much higher than you are now.

    Recommended crossover
    2,500 Hz, 12 dB/octave, with appropriate attenuation

I suppose than any 12db crossover with L-pad will do the job.
N2500 seems to be designed for 16 Ohm drivers. Are yours also 16? if not, you can build crossover w/ L-pad for under $30 each, using top Solen components.

Thanks guys for all the input. I might just go with a pair of 802-8g/511 and a pair of N501-8A I have laying around with the 420s in the Madrids instead. That might be interesting.
