    If you can't find an exact match, you can mix a pair of blues to get closer. Also, there is no one right answer. The JBL blue baffles have varied over time.

    You're absolutely right, Mr. Widget. I think the big takeaway here is to use the recommended paint chips from everyone to find the closest match to your speaker and fine tune from there. The big surprise for me is that I never would have thought the JBL blue in my particular speaker is as dark as it really is.

    KTG, I'll definitely try to find a chip of VRO84A / DEEP PACIFIC next time I'm at Lowes. Thanks again for getting me real close to my actual color.
