My name is Steve and I live in Los Angeles.
I recently came upon two speaker cabinets that had been made from cut-down Philco radio cabinets (37-116).The owner was an engineer who put them together sometime in the early 1950s.
The field coil speaker (4 ohm VC) was wired in series with the three 8" Jensens (4 0hm).These were powered by the low output of the Jensen crossover(A-402).
The high output fed a Jensen supertweeter (RP-302A) and its attenuator mounted in the top corner of the cabinet.
The output transformer is an IncaTF-33.

I'm looking for any information about the woofer and the output transformer.

There are no markings on the woofer that I can see.The DCR of the field coil is ~1050 ohms.

I think the OT is probably single-ended.There were three wires from the umbilical, one I suspect is the shield.I found some information about Incas on the web, but nothing on this particular model. The turns ratio as wired was ~1:4.
I have no idea what electronics were used to power this system.

Larry Storey told me someone on this forum would probably be able to help identifying these components.
TIA for any and all comments and information.
