    Everest Subwoofer

Noted that option in the Everest brochure too...

Whenever I get around to finishing my Everest
project (using stock drivers and reasonable
cabinet facsimile), it will be interesting to see if
the system would benefit from a SUB1500 or
    two.

    regards,

    Hi Eckhard,

I've never actually seen a picture of the -very-
    briefly described Everest subwoofer:

"For those who wish high output at even lower
    frequencies, a matching Everest subwoofer
    (Model DD50000) precisely matches the
    system's rolloff characteristics."

I've never heard of it mentioned or referred to
elsewhere, let alone a photo (or if it was ever
    manufactured).

Regarding the Everest system & photos, there
are quite a few that have been posted here and
that are in the forum library (photos of my "project"
would consist of a pile of drivers and a photo
of 1" MDF from Gahnal, a local lumberyard)
If the forum still exists when I get around to
cutting and gluing, there'll be plenty of pictures

As always, I'd still be interested in other
    Everest system photos, particularly from
directly above or that show back panel detail.

    Thanks and regards,

    -grumpy
