Very nice. I like our 4530 clones. But without aluminum domes, I question how high the woofers go. I think not high enough to meet with the 1" driver's lower cutoff which you probably have set around 1khz. I would rotate the 2404 by 90° BTW do you run an active crossover with time delay to align all the drivers?

i work them with a DBX electronic crossover. the cross point is about 2.400 hz... its weird point but the sound is the best there!! the woofer is a b&c pl40 and gets hight enough... this woofer is one of the last made for horn loaded enclosures. the tweeter is that way cause the holes fit at the lenses holes only in this position !

also... this type of lenses - the serpantine - works as delay for the horn driver.

Those look great! The diameter of the 2426 works out just right for the support of the horn. I wouldn't worry too much about the 2404 either, they have near perfect polar radiation, even at oblique rotations, one would be hard pressed to determine its orientation if it could not be seen.
If we knew what the hell we were doing, we wouldn't call it research would we.

I can spot another speaker with metal domed woofers in the background. What's that?
