    Anyone familiar with theese subs?

The specs look awesome, and i like the idea of a hornwoofer going so far down.

My interest is not in the SPL so much as the sensitivity. Could this be the solution for a combined stereo/HT subwoofer?

If you have the room, a stack of four would be most excellent

I do NOT have room for 4 each side. Not yet anyway.

I was thinking more along the lines of 1 each side

Since you have restricted space the underlined part should be welcome reading....
Designed to be used singly or in
    multiples (2 minimum, 4 optimum)
    with proximity placement or with
    proper boundary surface loading
    .
    Go for it!
