    2215 a/b 15" Speakers

    I have a pair of 2215a and 2215b speakers
    2215a : v.c. dcr ( min - max ) 5.2 - 6.2 ohms / " 8 OHMS"
    2215b : v.c. dcr ( min - max ) 7.6 - 9.2 ohms / "16 OHMS"

I'd like to change the 2215b speaker from a 16 OHMS to 8 OHMS.

Question: Will a C16R2215 replacement Kit 2215 be able to convert the existing 2215B speaker to a 2215A?

A C8R2215H kit should do the trick but ask your reconer first if he can obtain it.

Reconing both speakers as a pair with the same kits would probably get you a better (=closer) result though.
