N1285 or N8500 schematics?

Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum and wanted to know if anyone here can point me in the right direction as to where I can find the schematics for N1285 or N8500? These are for my Altec project. I have been looking all over the web with no luck.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
