What's the over/under on when they go on eBay?

    I'll say 20 days.

He could likely get 100X easy on eBay, which should be sinking in right about now.

Excellent find, the first thing I would do is flip them and use the cash for a down payment on a home.....I'd rather have a house then good tunes The good part of the story is they were bought at a thrift store...if they were from a CL ad/home sale...if I sold them I would take them a check for 5,000$...just to be nice.

Someone hasn't been watching Storage Wars...

BTW, there was another one posted over on AK in Feb 2010, a mono rig left behind in a house a guy bought...

I've watched it a few times, its funny. I have been to lots and lots of storage auctions and never ever ever seen that kind of stuff or those prices. I've seen 6x10 unit sell for 750$ and all that was in there were drag queen dresses.

I seen that one, that mono system was amazing. And its amazing how it stayed in that closet for so long, it seems like they would have been upgraded to stereo at some time.
