Crossover card for electronic crossover 4430

I have the possebility to buy a electronic frequency dividing network http://www.jblpro.com/pub/obsolete/5234a.pdf.
It would be fun to try that out on my 4430. But.... how to get the right card? Any ideas?

Build up a pair using the values in the owners manual. You need a pair of 18db cards to make them.
