    You really think any of this would be appicable to a speaker enclosure, or were you just kinda' kidding? I was always under the impression that solid wood was not a good choice because of its tendencies to resonate, hence the use of hard plywoods or particle board. I'm sure with enough bracing it might work, though I'd think it'd be more suitable employed as a veneer in the case of speaker cabinets. Am I missing something?

    Just grind it up and make particle board out of it!
