    welded locking banana plugs

During the summer I ordered 12ga speaker wire, terminated with locking banana plugs from Blue Jeans Cable. The plugs are welded to the wire and when you turn the tightening collar after inserting, those suckers really hold and provide a completely solid connection. I use them on my LCRs.

I was just about to order some of those.

Bare wire sucks if you have need to change receivers etc. Locking bananas would be much easier and, I think, a much better connection.

Most certainly hold better to both the wire and the output. They're well constructed.
With my other banana plugs I'll notice they can, at times, loosen from the wire.
