123A physical dimensions

Hi guys, I've been offered a pair of nice 123A, but won't get to see them for a while. I was considering them for a project to utilise some of the other JBL drivers I have laying about.

I did a quick search and couldn't turn up the data for front mounting them recessed. It would be handy to know the frame diameter and the cut out diameter as well as the overall depth so if anyone can provide these, I'd appreciate it.

The large diameter is 12.25 and the smaller is 11.00

The recess varied depending on exact model but 1/4 is the deepest that I would recommend on 3/4 particle board when using t-nuts.

I always ensure plenty of baffle thickness after recessing to give strength anyway. You answered my badly worded question with the inner and outer dimensions for the rout that I was after.

Now lets see if he comes through with them.

The inset is between 3/8 and 1/2" btw
