    Which type Altec?

Hi, i just was given some old Altec speakers, which i assume is the 1234 model.
    The woofers (421-8H?) are missing..
Does anybody has some more info on this speakers, or tips for fixing them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Shaan, thanks for the info! Indeed it might be one of them, although the front looks different with the metal grill and bigger piece of wood with logo in the middle in between. Best! Kim

Maybe they are an international version(or something).... I dont see them in any of the catalogs in the library. However the link does show the crossover pictured on your unit on the 1235 model, but the 1235 doesn't look anything like yours???....but it looks like the woofer should still be 421-8LF 15" woofer..... Good luck!

Actually it looks like a 1204B that was installed inside a another cabinet for hanging from the ceiling do you notice the hooks at the top for ceiling mounting.

Can you provide more info, pictures,I would like to know if there is a flare behind that metal grill for the woofers. Why it has 2 crossovers is another strange thing (N501-8A;N809-8A) ?
