Earthquake and Earthquake like tremors in movies!

To condense the time down a bit I’ve set the AVR to (sw-remix) mode so most of the lows will be partly from the LCRS which ones hard to tell unless I’m doing this independently.

The levels were taken directly from the AVR subs output at 0db. I wouldn’t play these films back at 0db unless you want to say bye, bye to the sub. Or you have some fancy audio gear to prevent overload and clipping.

The graphs would look different at
    -5db
    -10db
    -15db
    -20db
and so on down the AVR.

I've done waterfalls on a lot more but, I haven't finished the screen wacky captures yet as its fairly long...

    I'll start off with!

Tremors (1989) Dolby stereo 4.2.4 matrix

Like the title says. This is classic fun flick.

    Tremors (1989)

    01:24:09 I got a god damn plan!

There’s plenty of other earth rumbling scenes that I didn’t cover as it would take the best part of day doing waterfalls and editing it.

I’m finding new, well old titles that have similar earthquake/tremors all the time. Its going to take a while. I pulled few titles out of the over 1 thousand on laserdisc/DVD/bluray.

War of the Worlds (the tri-pod rising from beneath the ground)
Dante’s Peak (the title more or less says it)
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (the creature that rumble the asteroid)
The X-Files: Fight the Future (the ending where the space ship rumbles and the snow above starts to break full-in feels like an earthquake).
Big Trouble in Little China (where the storms arrive to take the girl with green-eyes the ground rumbles like an earthquake)
Grand Canyon (has a short earthquake tremor)

I have bundles to go though, no rush.
