Altec LF-1 Coffee Table Sub woofer - $500 (Downtown Los Angeles)

    Date: 2010-10-14, 11:21AM PDT

This is an ultra rare item. Its serial number is in the 300s and I'm not sure if many were made. It is a subwoofer built into a coffee table made by Altec.

Here is a link to the brochure with specs:

The speaker itself is in very good condition and the table is in very good condition as well.

Call #########. Any reasonable offer will be accepted

    Looking 4 Squirrels!
Wilson Audio used to make a coffee table subwoofer called the WHOW. I've seen pictures of it with what looks like a 2245 or 2242 18" woofer and also pictures of it with a 15" Focal on it's bottom. It had a granite top and weighed a ton, but I think the Altec looks a lot nicer. Never seen that before; thanks for posting Heather.
