    2235h + bass reflex + 6.9 cubic feet. But...

    The driver has 20Hz resonance
The enclosure has 26Hz resonance to that driver.

Shoud I tune the bass reflex to the driver, or to the enclosure?
    I am using a two 4"ID tube which would be 21.6" long (20Hz) or 11.6" long (26Hz).

The enclosure is just a test before making the final version, so I can experiment a bit on volume.
The cabinet is for home use. This is not a PA. I will have two cabinets.

To use as a woofer I would drop the enclosure size to 5-5.5 cubic ft and tune it to 30hz. That gives you the best overall balance of extension, power handing and transient response.

Just finished this single unit. One port tuned to 20Hz, the other tuned to 26Hz. One or the other is used. Not both together. I have nicknamed this enclosure "Mickey Mouse" for obvious reasons... Presswood has been dyed an orangey tint and it looks elegant, for cheap. Total cost for the enclosure was under $50 including casters.

Currently driven by an Adcom GFA5500 which I don't really like. Looking for a Yamaha PC2002 oe 2002M. The speaker connectors are located underneath the cabinet.

Nice job on the cabinet visual details and matching KEF's casters and look a bit.
