    CC Crossover 2m-6m Resistors

Hi All, I am getting ready to tinker with the CC crossover idea. Just wondering where you thought a good site to order 2-6m resistors would be for the project.

    2-6meg Ohms???

If you could give a little more info about what values and type of resistors, that would be helpful.

How 'bout Radio Shack? DigiKey (industrial supplier) is another but you only need a few. It's just a 1/4 amp simple carbon resistor. See link below -

I am looking for the resistors to run along with the 9v battery to dual caps in a coupled crossover design.

How about a series setup to get 2-6ish meg (what ever values I decide). Cant seem to find anything bigger than a 1m

First, for the sake of clarity, avoid using the symbol "m" wich represents meters (or the prefix "milli") and rather use the symbol "M" wich represents the prefix "Mega", not trying to be a donkey here, don't take it the wrong way

    Look at Mouser, http://tinyurl.com/2dahmg6
They have gazillions or resistors up to many Mohms

    Clarification

    He meant:

2 meg ohm to 6 meg ohm resistors for "charge-coupled" crossover design!

    JBL Pro for home use!

When I built C-C networks I bought megohm resistors from Radio Shack. I think they were 2Megohm. Most everything else I bought from Parts Express.

Hey. I bought like 100 1 meg resistors from pe...only 5.00 ahhaah On top of that, I bought 50 of each value from 500K to 910k so I could make any value I needed.

    the 1megs work great!

How much was the 2meg from radio shack? Usually stuff from radioshack costs a third mortgage
