Really, I don't see the point, when I customly see 300 seats (and more) theaters with a fraction of this power and still they sound extremely good and powerfull.

Ego trip.

And some people don't see the point useing $50.000 - $100.000 for a pair of stereo speakers when you can get extremly good speakers for 1/10 of the price

I personally love this HT and the "overkill" in all directions. The owner is a VERY nice and down to earth guy who have fullfilled his dream HT, and he have done all the work by himself. And I would also guess that the total price he has paid is no more than an moderate Synthesis setup
