Can you tell me if there is component that can go bad in the filter section or other ?
aging component ? they where build in 1984.I would like to put them back to " new " state.
I will use them yith a Mcintosh MC2255
    should i re-charge the magnets ?

    Hi P.

L-pads and bi-amp (rotary switch) often need cleaning (switch) or replacement (l-pads).

Unless you have 2421A compression drivers (2425H being more likely), the answer to
    the re-mag question is 'no'

Other improvements? Sure ... search here on 4430 for a bit of reading...
