I have a ten year old.............

DVD/CD player Sony DVP-S7000 I use exclusively for music. I'm considering an upgrade to an SA-CD player. Is this the way to go? Which do you like? And what sites for SA-CD's do you like. I found this one. http://www.sa-cd.net/titles/3/0/date/5/2 Any others on your list?

The problem is the cost SA-CD

I know that has keep me away from them.

Lets go back in time and look at the Laser disk vs the VHS tape. LD had far superior picture and sound, but everything cost more when compared to VHS.
The DVD came along and leveled the playing field both LD & VHS went away.
Then there were super-bit DVDs cost a little more than a standard DVD but with better picture quality, than came along Blue-ray.

I have all wise thought that it would have been better if the CD had been held off for 5 years to allow the hardware to get better and we could have had a better sampling rate than the 44.1khz.

I know sometimes it gripes me when I and up buying a DVD of a movie that I had on LD. If the cost of then SA-CD is not a problem, then go for it.
