    X-Raof a 2405

I always wanted to have a clear idea of the flair to plug relationship in a 2405, without cutting one up so I had one X-Rayed.

Looking closely you can see the magnet through the iron pot also.

But one question is now going through my mind

Short answer: insignificant. Long answer (alnico not tested, but I would doubt much difference):

    Thanks Beowulf57 for the link.

I wasn't too worried about it getting demagged. I have hi resolution impeadance, frequency and magnatude plots from four of these taken after I replaced the diaphragms in them. I plan on remeasuring this one again just to check. If its mad I will just re-charge it.

I wish I could see though everything!

    Good One!

Yes, no danger of X-ray causing demagnetization.
