    i confused 2390 with 2392.
however, 2392 large format 3" horn and 2392=2311+2308

Is this what you are looking for?

    http://www.audioheritage.org/vbullet...09+2310+baffle

This is what i have in my workshop. Sounds great. The 2310 lense is tapped for 10/32 screws. Sandwich the baffle between the horn and lense.

Also, somewhere there is a whitepaper from JBL describing the right size off baffle board. I think 20" square???

That's it. then (4) 10-32's is all that supports the horn, driver and lens?

    holy mounting hardware batman

Back when our company built custom cabs with this horn/lens we would remove the square metal blocks on the lens and retap the mounting holes to a larger size, 1/4-20. Pretty simple field mod.

This allowed a much wider choice of hardware, stronger mounting and the holes were already large enough on the horn so it made for a little better fit.

I'd still support the driver, regardless...
