Is it an original diaphragm ?

All is in the title !!!
These are ALTEC 802 D drivers ,i think these diaphragms are not the original but perhaps
they are ALTEC diaphragms

The one on the right is a 909 which is that last model Altec came out with in the 1" types as far as I know.

have you tried Great Plains Audio?
they are the 'de facto' supplier & manufacturer of many
things that used to be the "Altec"
