Luther Grosvenor, Under Open Skies, 1971, Island Germany, 85 747 IT

He played the guitars for VIP, Spooky Tooth, Mott The Hoople, Widowmaker and Stealers Wheel.
This album is a platform for his voice: variable and shadowy. Spooky? Listen to "Waiting" B1.

I enjoy RO. Thought I'd hear all that he ever sang until this album
fell into my hands today. All were new to me. 1962.

"Orbiting with" was a budget product with only 4 Orbison tracks. On 1984 released Charly double album "The Sun Years" all 4 songs are included."Domino" was composed by Roy, but credited to Sam Phillips. He had bought the copyright. Some kind of a hostile take-over ....
PS: Who is Bristow Hopper (B1-B5)?

Hello, how are you? I wish you a beautiful evening. From Switzerland.
Is this one modern jazz or classic jazz music? ( I see the credits to so many musicians and that fact seems to be suspect
    to me....)

John Hammond, So Many Roads: The Complete Sessions, 2001, Vanguard Italy, VSD 79178

So many roots. The original 1965 album was performed by Charlie Musselwhite and The Band.
These complete sessions on a very dynamic 2001 Italian pressing were recorded with remarkable guitarists as James Spruill (!!), Billy Butler, Robbie Robertson, Eddie Hinton and Duane Allman. Listen to Duanes slide guitar on D5 Willie Dixon's "Shake for me" played with a whole lotta love. No credits for the sax players on D6 "I'm leaving you".

A nice pear. A nice pair. And the pipers at the gate of dawn.... Does humor belong in cover art? Yesss!
    From Wikipedia:

.........Another picture presents two puns on the album title: a nice pear, and an image of a woman's pair of breasts; the latter is censored with a black bar on some copies, while other US copies opted to cover it with a purple and white sticker over the shrink wrap.........

Is there a positive effect of the tiny vibrations of the turntable to red vine?

Grant Green, Main Attraction, 1976, Kudu Israel, Ku 29

Interesting pressing from Israel. Which way did this album go from east to west?
Listen to the dialogue of the horns with the guitar in the middle part of the title track.

Sorry I missed this earlier, Fritz. Cheers from the Pacific Northwest. This is definitely modern jazz, lots of interesting tangents.

Not sure but the tiny and big vibrations are more positive after a glass of wine!
