Listen to the precise bass playing on 13:49 hypnotic funk-dance-kick title A2 "Masterpiece".
All tracks written and produced by Norman Whitfield: this one is his masterpiece indeed.

Superb guitar work by Vinnie Moore.
Listen to his powerful slide guitar playing on track A5 "Rock ready".
A strong album all in all with dainty cover art.

Strong guitars. Weak vocals. Somewhat lack of conceptions and waste of talents. Katzenjammer.

Recorded at Alpha Studios, Memphis, Tennessee, August 1987.
This one is smokin' since 30 years. Listen to track A3 "Highway 49" remembering early Fleetwood Mac records.
Notice on back cover: This album is dedicated to the memory of A-NO1. A-NO 1????

Concerning my last post "Uncle Sam Blues": this one was rather prophetic.
The eagle presents his sharp claws that Europe has to respect.
There is a harsh heavy metal rocking American side 1 and a melodious soft country rocking European Side 2.
American side: "Fearless Leader", "Breakout", "Skull And Crossbones"......
European side: "Rude Reaction", "Mon Ami", "Calling You", "This is the end".......
Which one is the better choice? The fearless leader or mon ami? Anybody knows? Time will tell?

Compilation of her greatest songs 1961-1964.
50 years old superb English CBS pressing. Look at the traces on the label: this one was thrown onto the turntable many times by some shaky listener's hands.
Let's take a look and listen! And shake it!

That's why we Europeans still love America although there's a serious political turning point in these days:
Let's listen to Rory's Turning Point, especially track B6 "Tomorrow".
Full of beauty and prophecy.
