Bruce Hornsby, A Night On The Town, 1990, RCA Germany, PL 82041

Keep an eye out for these "last" german RCA pressings of the 80ies/90ies with the black label. Superb pressings!
Listen to Wayne Shorter tenor sax on track A3 "Fire on the cross".
Jerry Garcia, guitar (what else?) on tracks A4 "Barren ground" and A5 "Across the river". 2 fine subtle guitar solos!
Charlie Haden acoustic bass on B1 "Stander on the mountain".

German pressing. David Landau plays a powerful lead guitar.
Produced/recorded/mixed live at the Roxy, Los Angeles, by Greg Ladanyi.
Track A2 "Jeannie needs a shooter" is an all-time classic.
Remembering the twin guitars of Thin Lizzy while listening to track B4 "I'll sleep when i'm dead".
All in all this one has no fillers and remembers Jackson Brownes "Running on empty".
What about the part the dog ate?
