Actualy..that's how i felt untill I saw them live in Frisco 1982 Nam Vets mem bennefit..Airplane/Starship, along with Grateful Dead, Country Joe &fish, and a bunch other SF heavies.. sitting in.
I went out and bought their latest tape which was "Modern times", bescause I was impressed with their performance.

side note: When Boz Scaggs was sitting in with the Dead for a few numbers..they did Butterfields "Got a mind To Give Up Living" Boz took the first solo, great solo!. then garcia!! holy siht!! ...that's when I realized just how good he was. Said to be.... a "Leader that refused to lead" ...ol jerry wasn't laking a competitive streak. funny guy.

oh thats right ...this is starting to sound like BS.
uh ..uh..Steferplane Jeffson...that's right...uhmm ...yeah..uh, they were real good ...dispite all the phase dist at the Moscone center..

    Outstanding Peter

Happy to see that others like TSMR as much as I do.

Sing this all together -- Citadel -- In another land -- 2000 man -- Sing this all together (see what happens) -- She's a rainbow -- The lantern -- Gomper -- 2000 light years from home -- On with the show.

As for the other 2, I dont know. TY is hard to find, even on normal CD.

That'd be the one, but new roads have pushed the beginning of the ride to the Arkansas River (unless you know the back way). Just a little farther East (13 or 65), and it starts at the Missouri River. Grab some cool ones at the Lake of the Ozarks, and whooooeeee, it's downhill from there, boy, clean to NOLA!

(except for a few places where it's straight up...)

This one started as a little club with live music back in the '20s, but bears no resemblance now.
