I'm enjoying some Dave Brubeck at the moment. First album of his I've bought. Vinyl of course.

We Want Miles! Compilation from 3 concerts in Boston, NY and Tokyo pf 1981 -
Wow - Marcus Miller is quite the bass player, lots of slap bass and pounding rhythm.
And guitarist Mike Stern riffs well. Great band. Miles is not at his peak,
of course, that was years before, this is comeback miles after his 6 year sabbatical,
but its still a fun recording.

Playing an import CD - not the older double LP release.

I thought I posted this reply but don't see it.

I enjoyed the link and ordered the three-CD set from the artist's web site. It was only slightly more than ordering from various on-line sellers or used-CD providers and it is my hope that a deserving artist will get a bit more monetary reward for their work and talent from my doing so.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've had a pretty good month and I'm feeling generous and looking forward to a nice listening session soon!
