    Hajo Webber/Ulrich Igenbold - Winterreise
    (1982, ECM) German pressing

I can't resist the ECM label records when I see them in the bins in nice shape like this one. 2 acoustic guitars, wonderful ECM production. very nice, reminds of the William Ackerman titles on Windham Hill.

Dug out some ENYA today and I also like her sister Maire's band CLANNAD almost as much. These are a few favorites by them from my collection.....

Highly recommend you hunt down a copy of the mid-70s release Clannad In Concert ...
Wonderful early stuff of a somewhat more traditional nature than the later material, but still with the familial vocal harmonies that are such a joy to hear.
(I actually saw them in a small hall in DC during the "Sirius" tour)

Neil Young - Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere
    (1969, Reprise)

I head the title song earlier today and the old favorite is great to hear at the start of a sunny weekend. Neil, Crazy Horse with lots of jangly guitar rock.

Alice Cooper - Billion Dollar Babies
(1973, Warner Bros) German pressing; MANUFACTURED IN GERMANY in the deadwax

a $4 pick-up this afternoon, with the inner pictures and paper $ intact. The bass is really prominent and noticeable, have not compared with a US pressing. I saw the Alice Cooper concert in Seattle when they toured in support of this record. Love the music, could have lived without the baloney and theatrics.
