Use an Ohm meter set to the lowest scale and measure across the terminals. An appropriate reading is 4 - 7 Ohms here. I don't have the specific specs on this tweet, but that lets you know whether it's viable or not. Most common readings here wil be
A) 4 -7 Ohms
B) infinite resistance (this indicates an open voice coil)
C) zero Ohms, indicating a short. Obviously, B & C are bad, and indicate a diaphragm replacement is in order.
Please use smaller type, it hurts my eyes when you do that. This isn't a yahoo chat room.

I thank you all for the input on the speaker and my font size.
