Question Help with N26AW grill mounting

One grill on our N26AW's won't stay attached to its mounting pins. It's not gonna take too many more 8 foot drops before it breaks.
Perhaps a dab of sealant on the pins, something that can be easily removed would work. Any ideas out there ?

    Cool Quality Control

I still haven't figured out a fix yet. I think the design is OK they sound good but seem to have a quality control problem. The pin receptacles look field replacable and that looks like the crux of it. I switched grills today and put an elastic band around them as a safety. One grill snapped unto place smartly the other ( the one the grill keeps taking a dive from ) was a bit mushy. There is only about six weeks deck weather left this season, if we are lucky, then I'll bring them in and hassle with the Harmon Canada fiasco to get parts. That is why I prefer the vintage stuff. Favorites L-100s
