I don't have the front grill for my 250TIs, so if anyone could help me with the exact dimensions and if possible also pictures of the backside of the grill I would be real glad

I would take the measurements and angles from the peg holes in the cabinet baffle. The originals are cut from a single piece of plywood/particle board and you should do the same. The front outside edge is shaped with a router to be rounded with about a 1/2" radius. The location of the cross-brace is important since it needs to be between the LE14 and 108H.
Thanx for your answers, before I got your answer I already had built new grills but I will probably build some new ones with the correct measures
looks good
have a bud in Oz who has L250's ...his grills are very dark blue -almost look black- give the speakers a newer look ..I kinda liked it.
Some kind of happiness is measured out in miles
I want to make some too.
What are you guys using for mounting pegs?
Thank you
SB
maybe find somebody near with a pair , see them and trace outline on a roll of butcher paper.
I'd use HDF for materials , since that's what original looked like.
