JBL 2225J& 2445J Crossover

My new partner，JBL 4507+2225J，2380A+2445J. But I am not satisfied with the JBL 3115A Crossover .So,How can I re-design of a new Crossover?

May I ask, what is it about the JBL 3115A that you don't like? If you already have these crossovers, then why not replace the older capacitors with new polypropyene ones, of the same value? There is plenty of information in the reference section on the JBL crossovers, and if you do a search of this site, about redoing crossovers, you will find a wealth of information on how to to that. wrong bass driver impedance for that crossover... earlier 3115 documentation
shows 8-16ohm as being OK, but I believe that was a tolerated compromise.

so one could use 2225H, 2226H,... or two 2225J's in parallel, in a larger cabinet.

Even so, that system group was not meant for home use, so even when properly
configured, it would not necessarily be to everyone's liking.

I have two 4507/2226H/3115A/2446J/2380A systems... works great for
what they were intended for, and at outside parties.

Further to Grumpy's post, you might consider an electronic crossover. With it, you can then adjust the crossover points, delay and levels until you get what you like then you can make a passive crossover if needed or just keep the electronic version in place. These are not that expensive compared to the cost of the components for a passive crossover. Of course, you will need another amplifier but it can be lower wattage for the horn.

One additional thing to plan for is that the 2380 horn is a CD horn which will require additional equalization for proper response. That's why there is a switch on the 3115. Make sure the electronic crossover you choose has this as a feature as well.
