    L100T components?

OK - I believe the L100T contains the 2214 12" and 104H-2 mid, correct? But what about the HF? Is that some version of an 044 or some derivitave? I'm debating on picking up a local pair that's pretty beat up, (need new surrounds), and am wondering if it's worth it. They'd just be sitting in my garage as a future project for fun...

    Thanks for any info!

Thanks Bo! I did a search but missed those. 035...hmmm. I wonder how those would sound in place of the 033 (?) in my L150s...

    035ti availability

Heh Bo, missed this auction again. My computer couldnt switch from playing "Sleeping Beauty" DVD to bidding in time and brain flatulated. Should have followed your sage advice . Too bad, I needed what was left of those 2214H-1s. Oh well, I think I have another source.
John there are several ebay auctions up for those, the most promising one I see is

    good luck.

Yeah - even at the $99 that set went for, they were a good deal. (I noticed you were the first one up with a bid.) I also noticed the other auction you mentioned, but the 035s aren't a big enough deal to me to get into a bidding war over...

Significantly flatter with significantly greater bandwidth. In reality, you might like them and you might not.

    Re: 035ti availability

    The 035TiA is in stock.
    The 2214H is in stock.
    The 2214H-1 is in stock.

None of them are nice and cheap any longer. Stock must be getting low.

052Ti seems to still be reasonable.

Glad i missed this, I just picked up what will hopefully be decent 2214Hs for 50 dollars minus the surrounds. At least a good core price if nothing else, as long as someone hasnt tried to use them as planters or a hammer . 146 to recone at OCS still probably less then new cost. Almost procurred all my parts for my XPL200As

Yep, 046Ti-1's are on the way. Did you get the 115H-1's?

What the hell is now the difference between a 2214H and a 2214H-1

White cone with black aquaplas, black cone with white.....

I got a nice pair of 115h not 115h-1. They need re-surround but otherwise are perfect. Also have one recone kit for 115H-1, but dang I hate ripping out nice cones. Giskard, would you recone these as 115H-1, Is the difference significant enough. Same for 2214Hs, They arent the 2214H-1 (as far as they know). For the XPL project would you recone both?

The 115H uses the aquaplas cone and 115H-1 uses the polyfill cone. I don't believe the 115H will "work" in an XPL200.

Neither are supported by Pro or Consumer any longer. If you need a second 115H-1 kit you will have to get one from a Service Center that still has stock. The 115H will take the 115H-1 kit.

    The following systems are affected:

    L15
    4401
    L20T
    L20t3
    18Ti
    4406
    XPL90
    XPL200

    *****

Consumer does have some aquaplas C8R115 kits left for those with L15 or 4401 systems.
