    How to Remove Grill/Lancer 33

I have a pair of Lancer 33 speakers with the original unadulterated speakers. I am the original owner. I would like to remove the grill cloth but am not sure how---the grill cloth has a plastic piece about 4 mm wide on all 4 sides holding the material in place; I am worried about how to pry up these plastic pieces without breaking them and the grill cloth is in perfect condition.

I'm afraid the grilles are glued to the baffle board (speaker). At least that's how I remember it in every Lancer cabinet I've seen. No easy way to describe removal, and it's pretty ugly underneath! Most of the glue seems to be in the corners. Pry carefully with something that won't damage the cabinet, or hook a strong wire underneath and pull. Once you get one corner loose, the rest should be easier.
