Recently, I've posted some complaints about Harman product support. Lest I be criticized for being too negative or pessimistic about the audio product marketplace, I'd like to acknowledge a recent pleasant surprise. Last week, I thought I'd order a pair of pure titanium diaphragms for a set of Mirage M290 's I've had for ten years to keep as spares. I called Mirage's parts department and instead of getting the usual heavy Canadian accent, I got a distinctly Tennessee accent on the other end of the phone. Apparently, Mirage, which was bought out by API several years back was more recently bought out again by Klipsch. But no worries, they had plenty of the original ferrofluid cooled titanium rebuild kits in stock - I just got them today via Fedex for a grand total of $68. - Not bad for a moderate sized company and 20 year old speakers!

Awesome little speakers btw.
