Studio spares UK might be able to assist you in your needs they also do a new version of the famous Yamaha studio monitor that uses an 8” bass mid driver I believe.

You can always give 'heavy electronics' a try in Manhattan, NY. They reconed a set of eminance drivers out of my Urei813's....they did top notch work, and since the NS10 is popular with studio's they may repair them as well. Good luck!
