    JBL 2241H.....jobber or original?

    I have 3 X 2241H with numbers inscribed on the back of the cone,
    I would like to know if it's original or recone kits jobber.
    --------------------------------------------------
    2241= J546-07528 and 71650 on the same woofer with 3 groove on suspension.
    -----------------------------------------------------
    2241= 12557 the number is jobber or original kit JBL? with 3 groove on suspension
    -----------------------------------------------------
    2241= 12553 the number is jobber or original kit JBL?and with 2 groove on suspension......the recone kit is 2240?????

    I took the protective grille off my 2241h (you can see it peeking out from in between the L100s). There are 3 ribs on the surround. The outermost rib is approx 3/16 inch, the 2 inner ribs are about half of that. It makes the best bass I ever heard, except maybe when I was bumping my ass off at ElDorado bumper cars in Coney Island. That's cool, he's got a shit load of 2242hs in there.

    The tags are a sign that the parts are JBL and within the last 12 or so years.
    Below is a driver with that Jxxx-xxxxxx pattern.

    Same marks on both, were reconed at the same time, 2005. Just one has got that additional tag.

    for numbers at the rear cone, (12557 and 12553)
    would not the original recone kit JBL? but replacement? (Jobber)

    I did not find information on the numbers (12557 and 12553)
