    Jbl 4312

I have a pair of 4312's and one seems to not be as bright as the other one. My question is "how do I get the crossover network out or get access to it?"

    Thanks,
    Jim

    Dose it have Pots?

I just looked at a 4312a at the station and there are no pots. To access the X-over you have to remove the woofer, be care full when doing so.
However I doubt that there is x-over problem. there is a chance that you could have blown HF driver( I hope not). If you have an Ohm meter you could measure the drivers to see if they are bad.
Get a test CD and do some frequency test on both speakers. John

Are you sure? On the 4312 the pots are at the top on the front, out in the open. Same on the 4312a. The 4412 has the pots under the grilles and the 4412A has no pots at all. What am I missing? :dont-know
