Suppliers for JBL D16R2425 Dias

Hi,
I am going the diaohragm upgrade route on my 2420s, with titanium dias, model D16R2425.
I need two of these and I have found JacksMusicFactory.com offering them at $119. These appear to be genuine JBL products.
Can anyone confirm this and has anyone dealt with JacksMusicFactory. Dealing with these guys (who do not accept email!) from the UK can be a pain unless they are reliable.
