What are they?

Can anyone help in recognising these Multi Cells please?
I don't think these two horns are ALTEC as they don't have the Mounting Lugs on each corner, and don't appear to have had any to start with.
No evidence of removal.
There is absolutely NO ID on any of these components, so any clues would be greatly appreciated.
Could they be Western Electric? (.... or WESTREX?)
.... and what's THAT driver???

I guess it might be a Reslosound su12 (12 watt)
Unfortunately, details and pics are impossible to find on the 'net.
Although there's an abundance of info on their Ribbon microphones....
