where to buy a) aquaplas b) PT-F95HF alike

Hi,

I'm from West Germany. Could You give me an adivice where to purchase aquaplas? Is it hard to apply it to example given a 2445?

I'm looking for an alternative for RCF H100 too.
Where would You buy these new progressive waveguides as PT-F95HF, if You where grounded in Germany?
