Backyard BBQ and Speaker-Fest This Weekend!!

If you are dragging out your JBL/Altec/Ureis for a BBQ/party/SR gig, I want to know about it....

Allow me to live through your exploits disturbing the peace.

I live in a studio apt.
    I have no country home.

Please post pics of your "field installations."

If the 5-0 pays a visit, have video camera handy, post on Youtube and link from here.

    Hi Skywave!

Man just rig up a Barbie out the window, set up some lawn chairs, invite the neighbors and crank those puppies you got there .
Hot dogs, beer & burgers are mandatory, fireworks (indoors).....optional!.
I'll be working tomorrow so I hope people do post some pictures of their BBQ so that I too may live vicariously through them

Have a good one my friend! I'll join you for a cyber beer!

    Hahaha!
Gary, Rob, you guys are livin' the life!

[Not sure how I feel about the bear in the back yard -- doesn't look like a cub -- but Gary's system is resplendent in nature's greenery.]

    Hahah. Awesome.

Actually, the bears are better neighbors then most! They never complain about loud music and tend to keep the riff-raff over in the city! Once they learn they're not invited to the BBQ they just pass on thru.

I dressed up a few of these great receivers a couple years back with some nice veneers. Sold a few and kept 2 G 9000s and a gorgeous G 8000 for myself.

They are great powerhouses and have a gorgeous sound worthy of a prettier dress then Sansui ever gave them.
