Best DA converter

My new DA converter brand GENEX GXD8, replacing my APOGEE Mini-Dac.
The result is a big improvement in the sound.

I would love to know more... are you using it in a studio or home environment and is it part of a recording system or simply a playback system.

I've been considering something like this to use in conjunction with my DEQX to get around their internal analog section. It would only be useful if the analog section is superior to that in the DEQX.

I use my home with my drive as SONY CDP-3100, connect to AES-EBU.
