    My big question - a previous thread mentioned the 435al was basically the same as the 2430H - 'any idea if this driver will be available as a "replacement" part?

    They are listed as out of stock but I'm fairly sure if an order was put in they would add to any production run and show up. Case in point, all the transducers for the Project May were listed as out of stock but were actually available for a production run.
