    Vintage grill cloths

I'm searching, vainly, for some of the correct fabric to reface a pair of Lancer 77's. I've resurround the LE10's and PR10's, repaired one crossover (thanks, Mike!), and would love to find some fabric as close-to-authentic as possible.

Attached is an old pic of some grills that look "authentic". Are these? Is this the right fabric?

    Thanks for the help.

Yep, that's the original fabric. Don't know where you can get replacements. I ended up re-covering mine in JBL black studio monitor grille cloth after several years of searching. That was before the WWW though...

Hi bobputnam, Have you looked at the cloths that Antique Electrical Supply have? Intended for guitar amps it's the same
type of weave. They have many different patterns. They will mail you a catalog. Going to be doing that myself soon.
