Hi Fidelity turn to a luxury product, in a luxury trade, like cars with Bentley, Aston Martin .....

a beautiful listening, Melody amps ans player, "Jean Hiraga" ( he was editor in chief for LA NOUVELLE REVUE DU SON for 30 years, French H-F revue) speakers,
based on a 604 ALtec ( or GReat Plains ?) in a closed box, with an "home made" filter.
Not seen on the pics, a 2402 on the top of the speaker, in direction of the back of the room.

I did 7.5h pure listening.

Cabasse: dissapointing
Hiraga: dissapointing
Burmester: dissapointing
B&W: Nice speaker but a bit boring sound
MBL: Nice setup but for 100.000€ ???????? No!
